HELLO DEAR YOU,

If you identify with being a leader, or if you find yourself to be in a leadership or managing position, then I am wondering how you are experiencing this role. If you experience relaxation, joy and a sense of fulfilment on an every day basis, then good for you :-)!

If you feel, just like I once felt, a constant pressure to perform and you measure your success in financial gains and tangible accomplishments, then that might give you a certain form of fulfilment for a little while too. Do you however experience that the joy you derive from promotions and career recognition is only short-lived, and you find yourself sometimes questioning what you are doing all this hard work for? Then it is time to question the way you lead and show up in your role.

Especially in the corporate world, beliefs about leadership success and effectiveness has been mostly dominated by masculine qualities. Leaders have been taking pride in resilience, assertiveness, no-nonsense and go-get-them attitudes. Productivity and efficiency is as of today still what most leaders are striving for. These qualities alone, however, will burn you out. Eventually. Because it is not tapping into a whole different part of yourself and your potential.

REDEFINING SUCCESS

What if there is also another way? A way that does not exclude all the masculine qualities described above, but includes feminine qualities empathy, collaboration, feeling and intuition. A way that involved all three centers of intelligence within us, and not just our Ferrari minds. So that ultimately, your leadership will fulfil you from the inside with joy, authenticity, connection and creativity, rather than endlessly chasing external recognition, validation and promotion.

Radiant leading, or leading from the inside out, is based on embracing feminine qualities in the way you lead. Qualities that every human being, not only women, possesses. Radiant leading is anchored in the feminine and supported by the masculine. That’s how these energies are supposed to work together. The feminine knows and feels, the masculine takes right action based on that. Holistic leading cannot be without one or the other.

“Successful” leadership is not one that attaches worth to productivity and numbers. It is attached to your inherent self-worth. To the way you are as a human being to the people around you. To the level of joy and freedom you and your people experience in your daily work. To the level of safety, trust and connection present in your team.

You will learn to (re)define a way of leading that is close to your heart and gives you joy and freedom. Consequently, the people of your team will reap the benefits of it. WHAT WE WILL DIVE INTO

MODULE 1 ~ Cultivating awareness

This week is about learning the art of being present. Together we will create a sacred space of stillness, meditation and reflection. You will be invited and guided into slowing down, dropping down and into the body so that you will become aware of what is present within you in the moment. You will learn to train the muscle of awareness as your most trusted and reliable source to lead from.

MODULE 2 ~ Observer consciousness

This week is about learning the art of discerning and detaching. Once you know how to become aware of the present moment, you will learn to grow the capacity to hold and center yourself in what you are experiencing. You will be guided and supported in observing the (limiting ego) thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behavioural patterns that surface and to choose not to identify with them and to let go of the stories you have been telling yourself that keep you from authentic and empowered leading.

MODULE 3 ~ Courageous vulnerability

This week is about learning the art of feeling and emphatising. Once you know how to be present and to observe the loud and busy chatter of the mind without identifying with it, you will be able to allow authentic feelings to arise. You will be invited and guided into moving, releasing and letting go of any stored or repressed feelings in the body to make the space within yourself to connect to your inner guidance.

MODULE 4 ~ Intuitive guidance

This week is about learning the art of deep listening and knowing. When you are capable of allowing yourself to be vulnerable and to feel and share your feelings with other people, it will open up space within you to listen more deeply. You will be able to connect to the intelligence of your body (your intuition) and receive insights and clarity on your authentic leadership style and gifts.

MODULE 5 ~ Conscious communication

This week is about learning the art of giving and receiving feedback. Once being centred in your body and connected to your inner guidance, you are ready to share your wisdom and guidance with your team and be able to hear theirs. You will learn to give to and invite in feedback from your team through leading by example and meeting them eye-to-eye. You will create a trusted and safe environment for your team to speak and receive truthful feedback by sharing yours authentically, responsibly and with full ownership.

MODULE 6 ~ Authentic empowerment

This week is about learning the art of being of service. All the work that has been done in the previous modules is ultimately to get out of the (mind) way as much as possible so that you are embodying and sharing your true essence and gifts and lead from an authentic place. Doing so will not only give you joy and freedom in the way you lead, it will inspire your team and invite them to step into their own unique power and share the truth of who they are. Needless to say that a team thrives when each individual of it thrives.

Instead of trying to be a mountain, be the valley of the universe. In this way you are restored to wholeness and so all things will come to you
