Home for Radiant Living envisions all people living their lives from the inside out instead of outside in so that everyone experiences a life full of abundance, flow, purpose, connection and love. This movement from inner to outer is the opposite of what we have been conditioned, taught and modeled to do for decades. We have been conditioned the other way around - to live from the outside in - to do whatever is necessary to gain validation, appreciation, love and connection from the people and world around us.

Although it sounds easy to shift this energy around, it is not. It requires a lot of inner work. As a painful consequence of the outside in approach, we have lost the connection to our true essence by taking on and adopting all kinds of survival strategies and protective mechanisms in order to get this external validation.

Therefore we often find ourselves at one point in our lives not knowing who we really are, what we are here for to do, and, how to relate authentically to ourselves and the people around us. Consequently, we often experience life with a lack of abundance, flow, purpose, connection and love.

Home for Radiant Living is here to support you in living life from the inside out by helping you see, express and act upon the truth of who you are and what you have to give to the world.

A 3-PHASED GUIDED APPROACH

Living life from the inside out is an ongoing process and journey inwards that will confront you with what is in the way of you seeing, expressing and acting from your true essence. This means that you have to do the inner work and take responsibility for the thoughts, emotions, feelings and actions that do not reflect who you really are and do not radiate the unique qualities of light that you are gifted with.

Home for Radiant Living supports you in this journey by helping you see, express and act upon the truth of who you are and what you have to give to the world. The 3-phased guidance approach focuses on the light within you and does not intend to fix, heal or change anything that is not. Nevertheless, by shining light on the truth of who you are, anything blocking or dimming your light will inevitably come to the surface and reveal itself. Therefore, as a prerequisite for every program of Home for Radiant Living a safe, professional and confidential container will be created and held for you to feel and let go of that what does not serve your true self any longer.

SEE ~ clearly

Helping you get awareness and understanding of thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns that are not the truth of who you are. This means seeing the triggers, dynamics and behavioural patterns that keep you down, small, stuck and in separation or disconnection to yourself and others.

EXPRESS ~ authentically

Helping you dive deeper inwards and holding space for stored and repressed feelings of unresolved conflict and childhood wounding to arise, be felt and let go of to make space for your essential qualities and truth to shine through. Helping you to translate your essence and gift into a form and/or expression that represents and feels like your true self.

ACT ~ responsibly

Helping you to integrate the truth of who you are and what you have to give to the world in your daily life. Grounding your truth into the body, into practicality and structure. This means taking responsibility and action by making the behavioural changes necessary in order to support your light and live radiantly - mostly in communicating to and caring for yourself and others.

CORE PRINCIPLES

Living life from the inside out is really a way of living. It asks for a total commitment and dedication in every moment on every day to live this way in order for energy to shift within ourselves and therefore attract abundance, flow, purpose, connection and love into our lives. It is not a “quick fix”, there is no beginning nor end to this approach; it is an ongoing, ever-lasting, always deepening and evolving way of how you show up for yourself in the world. In your work, in your family, in your relationships. There are six core principles to inside out living that Home for Radiant Living wholeheartedly chooses to live by every day and intends to inspire and initiate other people to do so as well.

PRESENT

Being present means to become fully conscious of the present moment. Being in a state of presence means that we are aware of and observe everything that arises and is alive within us. When we are present, we can differentiate between what is real (our authentic feelings and actions coming from our essence rooted in love) and what is not real (defence mechanisms, survival strategies and destructive behavioural patterns from our ego that are rooted in fear and keep us stuck). We can truly listen and clearly see when we are present.

VULNERABLE

Being vulnerable means to risk being hurt. To show up and expose our true selves without any guarantees. It is that unstable feeling we get when we step out of our comfort zone or do something that forces us to loosen control. It means consciously choosing to not hide, but to freely express our thoughts, feelings, desires, and opinions regardless of what others might think of us. It sounds like truth and feels like courage. Vulnerability is the prerequisite for true and authentic connection to ourselves and others.

RESPONSIBLE

Being responsible means taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions, decisions, and their consequences. Instead of blaming, victimising, paralysing or holding on to a story (pointing outwards); taking responsibility means looking inwards to own where we are the creators and contributors of our experience. The power and capability to change our behaviour lies in the degree to which we can take ownership and responsibility for our part in the reality we are experiencing.

COURAGEOUS

Being courageous means facing our fears. It means doing the oppositie of what we have always done, of what our mind tells us to do. It means leaning into our edge and getting out of our comfort zone. We need courage to change the things we can, because change is terrifying to our ego. It means acting upon the truth of who we are and what we are meant to be doing instead of what our minds want us to believe.

KIND

Being kind means to regard and treat our own and each other’s experience of life with respect and compassion. It means to not judge, but to emphatize. To not look the other way, but to help. Being kind means to give ourselves generously without the need to get something in return. It means to meet life every day with an open heart.

GRATEFUL

Being grateful makes us appreciate our lives and all that we already have. Gratitude makes us see what is meaningful and valuable to us. It is an attitude that interprets everything that goes on in our lives, happens for us, not to us. It knows that there is a gift and lesson in every moment and experience. Being grateful is a prayer, a way of living, that chooses to see the light and the goodness in our lives, in ourselves, in people and the world.
